Everything between the click and the customer.

I own the whole arc from the first click to the paying customer. Ecommerce and service businesses. One senior on strategy and execution, direct line to the founder.

Same person on the call as on the keyboard.

REPORTING
Monday
A written read on the account, every week

Who I work with

Two paths.
One senior on the work.

I take a small handful of founders and owners at a time. If your program is bigger than one channel and smaller than a marketing department, this is the seat I sit in.

Ecommerce

Ecommerce Brands

The dashboard read 2.4 ROAS. The P&L said barely breakeven. Both were true.

I own the path from first click through repeat purchase, with the ad account and the storefront measured as one system.

Best fit
Shopify brands where the storefront and the ad account have to be read as one number.
See the ecommerce program
Service

Service Businesses

Marketing tied to closed-won, not lead volume.

Smart Bidding treats every conversion the same. So when half your leads are junk, the algorithm goes and finds you more junk. The fix is upstream of the ads.

40-60%Of "leads" most accounts pay for are unqualified.
Best fit
Businesses whose customer is worth more than the lead: law firms, healthcare, home services, B2B.
See the service program

Services

Strategy on top.
Execution underneath.

This is The Operator Engagement. One engagement covers every layer, so nothing waits on a handoff between the strategy and the build.

All of it runs against The Tracking Stack, the eight-layer reference I publish and audit every account against.

Agency vs me

What the agency promised.
What I deliver.

01 Who runs your account
At an agency

A junior runs your account while learning on your spend.

With me

I run your account. A decade in. Same hands every week.

02 Who you talk to
At an agency

You talk to an account manager three days behind the work.

With me

You talk to me. Same person on strategy and execution.

03 How decisions happen
At an agency

Decisions get filtered through layers and softened.

With me

Decisions get made on the call. Live, this week.

04 Scope
At an agency

They sold you a channel, then keep selling you channels.

With me

Strategy, scaling, paid, tracking. The whole program.

05 Reporting
At an agency

You get a slide deck of impressions and CTRs.

With me

You get a written Monday summary. Numbers and decisions.

06 What you pay for
At an agency

Hours. A team billing time against your retainer.

With me

A system. Every account before yours makes yours sharper.

Leg 05 The route

How the work runs.

Four phases. No discovery calls that drag for three weeks. No deck for the sake of a deck.

Stage 01

Diagnostic call

Thirty minutes. You bring the account and the goals. I walk in with a tracking audit and a read on where the leak is.

Stage 02

Strategy + scope

Inside one week I send back a written strategy: positioning read, channel mix, tracking plan, scaling plan, KPIs, working timeline.

Stage 03

Rebuild + ship

Tracking goes first. Ads next. Strategy work runs in parallel through weekly working sessions. Founder on every key decision.

Stage 04

Weekly cadence

Same time every week, you and me. I show you what changed and what I am testing next. Decisions happen on the call.

Field note

I do the work.
All of it.

I do not come from a traditional marketing background. I started in design, learned how people think, and turned that into profit.

Decade in, $15M+ managed. I work with founders the way the agency was supposed to. Same person on the call as on the keyboard. I send a written summary every week.

Agency incentives put the seller in the sale and a junior on the account. I handle the strategy and the execution. Same person.

The outdoors is where I spend my time. Two habits carry over: I check the position before I pick the route, and I measure instead of guessing.

Tracking first.

I will not run ads against broken data. The tracking gets fixed before anything else moves.

One senior on every call.

Same person on strategy. Same person on execution. No handoff between the call and the keyboard.

Founder direct.

No account manager filtering the conversation. You talk to me. Decisions get made in the call, not in a deck a week later.

Written Monday summary.

Every week. Numbers, decisions, what changed, what is next. So nothing lives only in a meeting that already happened.

You own the work.

I work inside your accounts, not over your shoulder. When the engagement ends, you keep everything I built.

Conner has been a great partner for GJ Styles. He's smart, responsive, and knows how to turn ideas into action and measurable results. I've lived many rodeos. This is no noise, just results. Highly recommended!
Doug Diemoz Former CEO of Crate & Barrel, GJ Styles
Conner has become such an important part of our small business journey. From the moment he created our very first logo to building our entire website and shaping our brand along the way, he has poured his creativity, heart, and talent into everything he's done for us. His work hasn't just met our expectations. It has meant something to us. Every time, he delivers exactly what we didn't even know we needed. We don't just recommend Conner. We're genuinely grateful for him. There is no one else we would ever want to trust with our business's image and story. He listens, he cares, and he brings our ideas to life in the most thoughtful and beautiful way.
Tonia Parr Owner, Spokane Pro Movers
Conner has helped us with several Facebook ads and optimizing our Google presence, and he has been absolutely fantastic to work with. He is incredibly responsive, works quickly and diligently, and holds himself to the highest standards. What really stands out is how well he listens so he can make thoughtful, strategic recommendations tailored to our needs. I highly recommend Conner and will definitely be using his services again.
Katy Bone Founder, Blessings for Barrett
Conner is great! I was one of his early clients years ago and together, we've literally tripled my business, all while cutting my cost of client acquisition in half!
Josué Guerrero Founder, Greenacre Law
Wonderful. Explains it thoroughly so I understand. More importantly, seeing great results in such a short time period.
Olivia Streeton Owner, Vanity Resource
Conner is incredible at what he does. He knows what he is doing at a high level but is also able to break everything down and explain it to someone like me who wants to know every little detail.
Andrew Robbins Owner, SugarBabies Online Baby Store
What a great experience with Conner. I did a search because I had been having trouble managing things on my own and his name popped up. Glad it did.
Kayla Stewart Administrator, The Animation Course
Conner helped us solve a Meta problem that we spent weeks trying to solve with a client that prevented us from closing the deal and getting them signed up. He saved the day in less than 15 minutes and I can't express how much we appreciate having him in our corner.
Chris Lee Force Pilot Marketing
He made it easy for a novice like me to understand what he is trying to accomplish and his reasoning for doing it. The design idea he came up with was not only great looking but the functionality he suggested deploying will make it simple for visitors to find what they’re looking for quickly.
Ronald Ahearn Owner, Auto Air Online

Questions

The questions
founders ask first.

What services do you offer?

I work with founders and owners as their senior marketing operator. Full strategy and the execution to back it up. Marketing roadmap, scaling plan, paid acquisition across Google and Meta, conversion tracking, and the weekly working sessions to keep it moving. One person on it, not a team of juniors.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

At most agencies the owner sells the work, an account manager runs the relationship, and a junior runs your account. Three layers of telephone before the work reaches your campaigns. With me there is one layer. Same person on the strategy call, on the keyboard, and on the weekly summary.

Project work versus monthly retainer?

Both. One-time projects make sense for a clean tracking rebuild, a strategy sprint, or an audit. Monthly retainers make sense when you want me embedded as a fractional senior marketing lead, meeting weekly with the founder and running the program. I will tell you on the call which one fits your situation.

How long does a full setup take?

A clean tracking rebuild takes one to three weeks depending on the stack. A full Google Ads rebuild runs four to six weeks before the account stabilizes. Meta moves faster, usually two to four weeks. A complete marketing-strategy reset with execution on top of it lives in a 60 to 90 day window.

What makes you different from other marketers?

I lead with the diagnosis, not the credentials. I will not run ads against broken tracking or build a strategy I cannot execute. I work in your account, not over your shoulder, so the work is auditable. And I send a written weekly summary every Monday, so the founder always knows what changed and why.
