00   from $10,000  ·  Scoped by page count  ·  Law firms, practices, home services

Your site and your listings, telling the AI the same story.

For law firms, medical practices and home-services companies whose customer is worth four figures or more. I build a fast static site, carry every old URL across, and wire the tracking before the domain moves. When someone asks ChatGPT or Google who to call, your site and every listing I can reach give it one set of facts to read.

01   The problem

The office moved.
The answers didn't.

When a business moves offices or rebuilds its site, the new facts go live on the new site that week. The directories, the listings nobody updated, and the old pages still sitting in an index keep saying the old thing. AI assistants read all of them, and they repeat what they read.

In one AI answer audit I ran after a client moved offices, 31 percent of the answers that named the client carried a wrong fact.

533 Old URLs carried across on the hand surgery build, all resolving
223 Mapped old URLs on the law firm build, all resolving
34 KB Law firm homepage weight, down from 763 KB

The 31 percent is from a client AI answer audit, published without the client's name. The URL counts on the two builds were re-checked live on 3 October 2026.

02   What ships

Nine things
in the build.

The redirect contract, structured data, llms.txt, tracking and ad landing pages are all live on client sites today.

A static site on fast hosting

Built in Astro with every page pre-built as plain HTML, so search crawlers and AI crawlers get the whole page on the first request. No page builder, and no plugin stack to keep patched.

Structured data that matches the page

Markup for the business, each location, each practitioner or attorney, and each service, matched to what the page says. An llms.txt file goes in too. I treat that one as housekeeping.

A redirect contract for every old URL

Every old address mapped to its new home before launch, then re-checked live after it. On the hand surgery build that was 533 URLs, and every one still resolves.

Search Console, Bing and IndexNow

Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools set up for the new site, and IndexNow sent on launch day so the new pages are announced the moment they exist.

Call and form tracking before launch

Call tracking numbers and conversion events wired in before the domain moves over, so the first lead the new site produces gets counted. For a medical practice, only through vendors that sign a business associate agreement.

Your listings, checked against the site

I check your Google, Bing, Apple and Yelp listings against the new site and correct what you give me access to. Name, address, phone and hours should read the same everywhere an engine looks.

An AI answer baseline

Before launch I run the same question set the AI Answer Audit uses, so there's a dated before to compare against. It's a baseline run. The full audit report is a separate purchase.

A launch security check

A security pass on the finished site before the domain points at it.

Ad landing pages, if you run ads

Pages built for the campaigns you pay for, with the tracking already on them. The hand surgery build shipped eight.

03   Why it ships in one window

The assistants read
more than your site.

When someone asks ChatGPT or Google who to see, the answer gets assembled from your site, your listings, the directories, and whatever old pages are still indexed. If those sources disagree, the assistant has to pick one, and it doesn't always pick the new one.

So the site, the structured data and the listings go out in the same window. Your own sources stop contradicting each other. The redirects carry the old addresses to the new pages, and the listings stop contradicting the site.

I can't promise what an assistant says afterwards. Before launch I run the question set from the AI Answer Audit against your practice or firm, so you have a dated before and can see whether the answers move.

04   Selected builds

Four sites,
all live.

I designed and built every one of these. The hand surgery practice and the law firm each have a full write-up with the migration numbers.

The Hand and Wrist Institute website, a surgical practice site I designed and built.

Southlake and Dallas, TX · Hand surgery practice

Moved off WordPress and cut over in one night. 533 old URLs carried across and all still resolving, 332 indexable pages, eight ad landing pages, and the mail path kept out of the move.

The Greenacre Law website, a 224-page bilingual law-firm site I designed and built.

Southern California · Law firm, four offices

Two hundred twenty-four pages with a full Spanish mirror, a local page set for each of four offices matched to its courthouse, all 223 mapped old URLs still resolving, and the homepage cut from 763 KB to 34 KB.

The Spokane Pro Movers website, a custom lead-gen site I designed and built.

Spokane, WA · Moving company

Fifteen-plus pages, a moving-cost calculator, and a live Google reviews feed pulling their real ratings onto the page.

The sdloanexpert.com website, a mortgage lead-gen site I designed and built.

Second home financing · 24 states

Forty-four pages for a mortgage originator: thirteen financing guides, one page for every state he is licensed in, and three calculators that answer the down payment and debt-to-income questions before he picks up the phone.

05   The engagement

Priced by page count,
from $10,000.

The quote follows the page count. A site up to about 40 pages starts at $10,000. Builds over 200 pages, or migrations carrying several hundred old URLs, start at $18,000. You get a fixed number after a 30-minute call, and every starting price is on the pricing page.

Large build or migration

For builds over 200 pages, or migrations carrying several hundred old URLs.

06   After launch

After launch,
I keep running it.

from $6,000/mo

Month-to-month  ·  Service Site Program

A lot of what decides whether an assistant names you happens after launch. Listings drift, reviews arrive or don't, the site needs new pages, and the ads need someone on them every week. The Service Site Program puts all of it with one person.

  • → Everything in Lead Quality + Channels: Google Ads run every week, call tracking and scoring, and closed-won outcomes fed back to the ad account. For a medical practice, calls are recorded and scored only through vendors that sign a business associate agreement
  • → Site upkeep: edits and new pages within a monthly allowance of hours set in your quote
  • → Your Google, Bing, Apple and Yelp listings and your specialty directories kept matching the site, wherever you give me access
  • → A review program you run: request templates and timing, no incentives, and no filtering of who gets asked. For a practice, reply templates that never confirm someone is a patient
  • → A quarterly AI answer retest on the same frozen question set, with every rate reported with its interval
  • → The Monday written report, with a line for leads that came from AI assistants

It fits businesses spending $10,000 a month or more on ads. There's no minimum term, and no guarantee about what an assistant says. What you get is the work done every week and the answers measured every quarter.

Talk through the program

07   Fit

Who this is for.
Who it isn't.

If you fit the left column, book the call. If you fit the right one, I'll say so on the call. Selling products online? That's a storefront build.

Who this is for

  • → You run a law firm, a medical practice or a home-services company, and one customer is worth four figures or more
  • → You're moving offices, adding a location, or leaving WordPress, and the old URLs already bring in work
  • → You want call and form tracking counting from the day the site goes live
  • → You can give me access to your listings and one person who signs off

Who this isn't for

  • × You sell products online. That's a storefront build, and it lives on its own page
  • × You want a guarantee of rankings or of AI assistants recommending you. Nobody can honestly give either
  • × You want a templated site for a California law firm. I build those as custom engagements with your own counsel signing off on every page, and with no "specialist" wording anywhere
  • × You want the website itself to collect medical history, insurance details or other clinical information. I keep site forms to contact basics, and which vendors may receive even those is your compliance officer's call, not mine

08   FAQ

Before you ask.

Running ads too? The retainer side lives on the service brands page, with detail for law firms and home services.

What does it cost?

From $10,000 for a site up to about 40 pages, and from $18,000 for builds over 200 pages or migrations carrying several hundred old URLs. In between, the quote follows the page count. You get a fixed number after a 30-minute call, once I've seen the current site, and every starting price is published on the pricing page.

How long does it take?

It's scoped by page count, so the timeline comes with the fixed quote instead of off a menu. A 30-page site for one office and a 300-page migration for four are different jobs, and I would rather give you a real date than a range.

Can you move me off WordPress without losing rankings?

Nobody can promise rankings through a move. What I control is the redirect contract: every old URL mapped to its new home, then every one re-checked live after launch. On the hand surgery build that was 533 URLs, and all 533 still resolve.

Who owns the site and the hosting?

You do. The site goes into your own hosting account, wherever you want it. The hand surgery practice's site runs on the practice's own Netlify team, not mine.

What happens after launch?

You can move onto the Service Site Program, from $6,000/mo and month-to-month. It covers the ads, site upkeep, your listings, a review program and a quarterly AI answer retest. Or take the site and run it yourself. It's your code on your hosting either way.

Does the build include running my ads?

No. If you run ads I build the landing pages and wire the tracking, but managing the campaigns is a monthly retainer. That's covered on the service brands page.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT or Google will recommend me?

No, and I would be careful with anyone who says they can. Nobody controls what an assistant recommends. What the build does is make your site, your structured data and your listings state the same facts, and the baseline run before launch gives you a dated before to measure against.

I'm a law firm. Who approves the copy?

You do. Every public page gets your final approval before it goes live, because state bar advertising rules apply to your site. In California I keep "specialist" wording off the site entirely, and California firms are a custom engagement with your own counsel signing off.

Ready to scope it

Bring the old site.
Leave with a scope.

Thirty minutes, no deck. Bring the current site and a rough page count, and I'll tell you which build it is and what it costs.
