Privacy Policy

This page tells you what information connercrowe.com collects, how it is used, and how you can opt out. The site is operated by Conner Crowe (referred to as "I" or "me" below). Contact: hi@connercrowe.com.

What I collect

Four categories of data, in plain terms:

Information you give me directly. If you fill out a contact, audit, newsletter, or scheduling form, I collect the fields you submit. That may include your name, email address, website, role, ad-spend range, and the message or business context you provide.
Usage and device data. The site and its service providers may receive IP address, browser and device information, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and interactions such as clicks and scrolls. Microsoft Clarity may provide session-replay and heatmap data; form fields and sensitive page content should be masked from those recordings.
Analytics and advertising data. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, and server-side tagging through Stape may use cookies or similar identifiers to measure traffic, conversions, and advertising performance. Those providers may associate activity with information they already hold under their own policies.
Security data. Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals when you use the contact form to distinguish people from automated abuse.

How I use it

To respond to your inquiry and provide the service you requested.
To understand how the site is performing and improve it.
To measure the effectiveness of any paid advertising I run.
To protect the site and forms from spam, fraud, and abuse.

I do not sell or rent contact information that you submit to me, and I do not give it to unrelated third parties for their own email marketing. I do share data with service providers when needed to operate the site, respond to requests, send the newsletter, schedule meetings, measure performance, and secure the service.

Service providers

The site currently relies on the following providers:

Cloudflare for hosting, security, performance, and Turnstile.
Web3Forms for form delivery.
Google for Tag Manager, Analytics, and advertising measurement.
Meta for advertising measurement.
Microsoft Clarity for aggregate behavior analytics, heatmaps, and session replay.
Stape for server-side tag routing.
beehiiv if you subscribe to the newsletter.
Calendly if you book a meeting.

These providers may process data in the United States or other countries and apply their own privacy terms. Their services and policies may change over time.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies through your browser, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and manage advertising preferences in your Google, Facebook, or Instagram account. Blocking measurement technologies may make site analytics less accurate but should not prevent you from reading the public site.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information. To make a request about data you submitted through this site, email hi@connercrowe.com. I may need to verify the request and may retain information when required for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes.

Retention

I keep inquiries and business correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide services, maintain records, and meet legal obligations. Analytics and advertising providers retain data according to their settings and policies.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes in a material way, the "Last updated" date at the top will change and I will note the substance of the change.
