The work, the numbers,
what changed for the client.

Every case study is built from a real engagement. The narrative is short. The stats are stripped of fluff. Here is how I measure the numbers before any of them reach a page. Related write-ups are on my blog.

1.9x lift blended roas: How I Rebuilt a Single Performance Max Campaign Into a Growth Engine

An online retailer with strong organic demand was running a single Performance Max campaign trying to do everything at once. I rebuilt the structure around brand isolation, smart feed segmentation, and clean server-side tracking, and turned a flat account into a predictable growth engine.

50% ad spend reduction: How I Cut Spend in Half and Doubled Signups for Greenacre Law

Greenacre Law, a Southern California real estate law firm, was burning budget on broad-match keywords with broken conversion tracking. I rebuilt the account around intent, fixed the data, and cut spend in half while doubling qualified signups inside 90 days.

TRACKING FORENSICS
The Furniture Brand Whose Revenue Showed Up as Unassigned

Home furnishings and decor (Shopify) Conversion tracking

1, from 2 competing ga4 installs on one property: The Furniture Brand Whose Revenue Showed Up as Unassigned

A high-ticket furniture store had a sophisticated server-side tracking stack on paper and a GA4 property that filed its revenue under Unassigned. The diagnosis found three separate failures stacked on top of each other. The fix was one checkbox, two surgical cuts, and one lowercase letter.

533 legacy urls inventoried before the move: A Practice Website and Its Ad Account, Cut Over Together

I rebuilt handandwristinstitute.com off WordPress and moved the Google Ads account onto it in the same week. 533 legacy URLs carried forward, two DNS records changed, mail never in the blast radius, and 276 live ad changes. Every figure here is one I checked myself against the live domain.

58 pages in the live sitemap: Getting a Furniture Maker Off Weebly, On His Schedule

When Weebly began winding down in 67 countries, a custom furniture maker in Geneva, Illinois decided not to wait for it to reach him. Seven weeks after he forwarded me the news, his new site was live: 58 pages in its sitemap, his own photographs in the galleries, and 112 of 113 old addresses still resolving. The figures come from launch-day checks of the live site and from the build and account records.

23 claims governed by a written claim library: EZpanl: The Search Campaign I Killed Before It Ran

EZpanl makes a siding hook kit for panel crews. I own the positioning, the storefront, the content layer, and the media plan. The owner supplied the logo. The most valuable thing I delivered in the first month was a written recommendation not to spend the search budget, and the reasoning that got there.

CONSENT MODE
The Consent Banner Said Yes. The Tags Heard No.
Conner Crowe
Ecommerce (WooCommerce) Conversion tracking

gcs=G1-- (no consent state) consent state on beacons, before: The Consent Banner Said Yes. The Tags Heard No.

A WooCommerce brand's visitors were accepting the cookie banner, and the Google beacons still fired with consent denied. The free tier of the consent platform never told Google about the yes. The ad account had been bidding on modeled data for users who had opted in. The fix was a small PHP snippet at the right priority.

CONVERSION TRACKING
The Conversion That Died When a Button Changed Its Name

Home Services Conversion tracking + Google Ads

0 website conversions recording, before: The Conversion That Died When a Button Changed Its Name

A contractor's phones were slowing and the account said website leads were zero. They were not zero. The only website conversion had been silently dead since someone renamed a form button from Send to Submit, breaking the click-text trigger behind it. The rebuilt trigger fired its first real conversion within two weeks, and the cleanup behind it collapsed rank-lost impression share to under one percent.

236 phone calls scored in the first pass: Pricing Every Qualified Law-Firm Call by Matter Type

Part two of the Greenacre Law engagement. The account had clean tracking and qualified-call conversions, but every conversion imported at zero dollars, so the account couldn't tell a $2,500 document review from a $15,000 litigation case. I built a call-scoring system that reads every recorded paid call and prices the qualified ones with the firm's own numbers.

SERVER-SIDE TRACKING
The Events Nobody Was Sending (Sugar Babies, Part Four)

Ecommerce Conversion tracking

2 add-to-carts recorded in ten days, before: The Events Nobody Was Sending (Sugar Babies, Part Four)

The server-side tracking spine was wired, purchases flowed cleanly, and the container looked healthy. It was also blind to the entire mid-funnel: two add-to-carts recorded in ten days on a store doing real volume. The root cause was one missing subscription. The fix shipped and verified the same day, and the restored funnel now carries 500+ ad-attributed add-to-carts a month, from under two.
