Ecommerce web design

I'll redesign
your store.
Free.

Send me your store URL. I design your new store free, built from your real catalog and your real photography, in 24 hours. Ecommerce web design you can see before you pay for it. Keep it either way.

Four a month. If it's full, I tell you the next date.

24 hours Yours to keep

  • Burned by an agency before? The person on the call is the person doing the build, and no junior takes over after the sale.
  • A fixed price agreed before work starts. You own the theme, the files and the store from day one.

01   The template problem

You did not buy a store.
You bought a template.

A template is a reasonable way to open. It is a poor way to keep selling once the catalog grows and the traffic costs money.

  1. 01

It looks like every other store on that template

Dawn, Flatsome, Divi. Thousands of stores run each one, and a buyer who has shopped two of them has already seen your layout. Your product is different. Your storefront is not.

  2. 02

You fight the template every time you want something specific

A size guide that opens where the eye already is. A bundle that reads as a bundle. A collection that sorts the way people shop your catalog. Each one becomes an app, then a plugin, then another app, and the store gets slower every time.

  3. 03

The apps and plugins are the tax you keep paying

Six subscriptions doing what a build should have done once. They collide, they slow the store down, and each one is another thing that breaks the next time your platform ships an update.

A custom build is not a template with more CSS on it. The page templates, the collection logic and the product page are written for your catalog, so the things you keep reaching for an app to do are part of the store.

02   Selected builds

Real catalogs.
Trading today.

One more store selling right now on a storefront I designed, alongside the one at the top of this page. Open either and look at what a template would have made instead.

“Conner is incredible at what he does. He knows what he is doing at a high level but is also able to break everything down and explain it to someone like me who wants to know every little detail.”

03   How it works

Three steps.
One decision.

Two of these three steps cost you nothing but a couple of minutes. The middle one is mine, and it is the only part with a clock on it.

  1. 01

    Now

    Send your store

The form below takes two minutes. Your URL, roughly how many SKUs you carry, and what bugs you about the store today. That is all I need to start.

  2. 02

    Within 24 hours

    I design your store

Not a template with your logo dropped in. A finished storefront built from the catalog and photography already on your site. Back in your inbox within 24 hours.

  3. 03

    Tomorrow

You decide with it in hand

Love it and I build the rest: from $5,000, live in 2 to 4 weeks. Not for you? Keep the mockup. No follow-up sequence, no second pitch.

04   The part you are suspicious about

Free and fast usually means bad.

So what is the catch?

There is no catch. There is a bet.

Most shops sell you a discovery phase and take a deposit before you see a single pixel. Every risk sits on your side of the table.

I would rather spend a few hours designing your storefront and let the work do the arguing. If it lands, you hire me and I build the rest. If it does not, you keep the file and I lost an afternoon. That trade closes better than any proposal I could write.

That is also why it is four a month and not unlimited. A free thing I cannot deliver properly is worth nothing to you or me.

24 hours. Who makes the decisions?

The senior operator does. Me.

I make every layout and merchandising decision against your actual catalog. The same person who reviews your URL chooses the hierarchy, the proof, and what gets removed.

Twenty-four hours is possible because I own the work from the first catalog decision to the final file. Ask why a collection sorts the way it does or why I removed a section. You get the answer from the person who made the choice.

The stores above are the same claim in a form you can check without taking my word for it.

Tracking is wired before launch.

I run paid traffic for a living, so the storefront is where ad money goes to live or die. From day one you can see what the new store did to the numbers instead of guessing.

Built around how buyers decide.

Every build makes the right product easy to find and easy to buy. The structure serves the person choosing what to buy before it serves anything else.

Six months of fixes, included.

If something I built stops working, I fix it free for six months after launch. That covers the store as I shipped it: broken layouts, carts that stop adding, tracking that stops firing, templates that stop rendering. If it worked on launch day and it does not work now, it is mine.

It does not cover new pages, new features, or a change of mind about the design. It does not cover what breaks after someone else edits the theme code or installs an app. It does not cover a third party going down. That is new work and I quote it before I start.

I cover the build. I do not promise what it does to your revenue, because that depends on your products, your pricing and your margins.

04   Straight answers

Before you ask.

Is the mockup really free?

Yes. The mockup is my sales pitch. Most shops sell you a discovery phase and show you a slide deck. I would rather show you the storefront and let you decide on evidence. I cap it at four a month so each one gets real design time. If the month is full I will tell you and give you a date.

Do you only build on Shopify?

Ecommerce builds ship on Shopify. That is a recommendation. No platform I have built on matches its ad integrations and app ecosystem, and the theme I write for you is code you own. If your catalog already runs well on WooCommerce or BigCommerce, a replatform is a conversation, not a default. I will tell you on the first call whether moving is worth the disruption or whether the storefront is the only thing that needs work.

Do I have to replatform or lose my SEO?

No. Most stores do not need a replatform, they need the storefront brought up to the standard of the catalog. Sugar Babies was upgraded in place on its existing theme with zero downtime and the SEO equity underneath untouched. I will tell you on the first call which shape yours is.

What happens to my apps?

I audit them before anything gets built. Some earn their place and stay. Several usually turn out to be doing work that belongs in the build, and those come out, which is generally where the speed comes back from.

What does the full build cost?

Catalog size sets it. A small catalog on a standard structure starts at $5,000 and runs 2 to 4 weeks from kickoff to launch. A large catalog, a migration off an old platform, or a store that needs part-number or fitment search runs up to $18,000, with anything bigger quoted after the audit, and takes longer, because the catalog work is the project. Conversion tracking is wired before go-live either way, because I also run paid traffic for a living and refuse to launch a store that cannot measure itself.

What if I would rather just talk first?

Then book a call and skip the form. Fifteen minutes, no pitch deck, no discovery phase to pay for. Tell me about the store and I will tell you straight whether a rebuild is worth it or whether you are better off leaving it alone. The link sits under the form at the bottom of this page.

Who ends up doing the work?

Me. Same person on the call as on the keyboard. I have spent ten years managing more than $15M in ad spend, and every store in the gallery above came off this desk.
